【职位描述】：

Posting Title: CT-Manager of Venture Technologies (西门子中国研究院)

If you are a PhD holder with rich working experience, you are encouraged to apply for this opening.

Responsibilities:

1.Identify innovative people and raw technologies outside Siemens

2.Conduct technical and business due diligences

3.Communicate with product managers in various Siemens business pisions to validate results

4.Incubate raw technologies into future products, and develop early-stage startups into Siemens’ strategic partners

5.Guide teams and startup companies to bring projects to a successful exit

Qualification:

1.Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with an outstanding publication record, or MBA with outstanding technical knowledge and experience.

2.Fluent in高校招聘 written and oral English

3.Able to sell complex technical ideas over the phone in English

4.Five years of overseas experience in at least two of the following fields: information, computing, communication, and control.

5.Demonstrated project management skills

6.Proven abstraction and analytic skills with an ability to think “outside the box”.

7.Demonstrated tenacity and flexibility to rapidly and reliably achieve goals

8.Team builder with highly effective interpersonal skills

9. Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills; must be able to interact with C-level executives
