1.   Department: Investment Banking

      Position: Analyst

      Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Undertake research and analysis, develop financial models, perform valuation and financial analyses, legal analysis and operating environment analysis;
• Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A advisory and secondary market fund raising activities;
• Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research and due diligence;
• Perform due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory check;
• Prepare, review and follow with proposals and transaction documents;
• Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars;
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects;
• Manage client relationships, and liaise with ECM, Sales and Research Departments in Hong Kong and other regional offices in the PRC;
• Work with senior bankers and other departments and other regional offices in identifying potential clients and transactions and in winning new mandates;
• Provide strategic support on new business development.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Master Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s);
• Relevant corporate finance internship experience with a reputable investment bank or related legal/advisory/finance environment;
• Preferable with working experience in Chinese deals;
• Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities;
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

 

 

2.   Department: Global Capital Markets

Position: Analyst, Equity Capital Markets Team

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

Origination

 

• Assist in Project origination, including pitchbook and proposal preparation;
• Assess potential deals, originate and explore possibility of new business transactions and maintain client relationships;
• Perform industry and company research as well as weekly capital market report.

 

Execution

 

• Handle financial institution assignments, including IPOs, FO and other ECM products;
• Manage specific transactions through the deal life cycle including preparation of funding strategy, and other related documentation;
• Perform financial analysis, financial modelling and marketing activities.

 

Syndication

 

• Coordinate the work of other investment banks and professional parties involved in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
• Communicate with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange;
• Assist in the process of pricing and allocation as well as ensuring smooth settlement.

 

 

Requirements:
