二、岗位描述：

在院内从事东南亚/南亚/欧亚/西亚北非/撒哈拉以南非洲/拉丁美洲和加勒比地区研究，完成院内各项科研任务，产出具有原创性的科研成果。

Engaged in research on Southeast Asia, South Asia, Eurasia, West Asia and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean within the institute, completing various research tasks and producing original scholarly outcomes.

三、资格条件：

1)受过高质量的学术训练，具有国内外知名大学(或高等教育机构、研究机构)的博士学位。具有高水平学术成果的生产潜力。拟引进的研究员原则上需具有在国内外知名大学或重要研究机构担任相当专业技术职务的工作经历。

2)从事学术工作以来，原则上要有在大学或知名研究机构学习或工作的经历。

3)原则上具有长期、丰富的田野调查经历。精通英语及研究对象国/地区相关语言。

1.Possesses high-quality academic training and holds a Ph.D. from a prestigious domestic or international university (or higher education/research institution). Demonstrates strong potential for producing high-level academic achievements. The candidate should, in principle, have prior experience in a professional or technical role at a renowned university or significant research institution, either domestically or internationally.

2.Since embarking on an academic career, the candidate should, in principle, have experience in studying or working at a prominent university or well-known research institution.

3.Ideally, the candidate should have extensive and long-term fieldwork experience. Proficiency in English and the relevant languages of the countries or regions under study is required.
