招聘职位：

Acoustics Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish DSP design flow and tools for acoustic engineering group.

• Design and implement advanced DSP algorithm on a target hardware to improve acoustic performance of an audio system including both music and voice communication.

• Collaborate with system architect, hardware and software engineers by using advanced DSP algorithms and tools to jointly optimize speaker’s acoustic performance in terms of SPL, distortion and power consumption.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Master degree or above in Acoustic/Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer science.

• Equalization of room acoustics ,3D audio for AR/VR application.

• Good at English.

 

Voice Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Voice algorithm development verification, validation and tuning at PC level and embedded device level.

• Closely interact with Category Product Managers and cross-divisional peers (CoC, Automotive, Pro, CTG groups) to identify new ways to improve voice performance.

• New voice algorithm research and existing algorithm improvement.

• Complete product’s test and acoustic gating for voice recognition and voice call performance.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiar with speech enhancement algorithm development like AEC, Beam forming, Noise Reduction, AGC, ANC, DOA, VAD etc. Good at matlab, C+, Python language.

• Experience on DNN, RNN, Tensor flow, Pytorch for speech or noise process is preferred.

Master's degree with the major of Digital Signal Process,Communication,Math Computer Science

4.Good at English.
