二、岗位描述：

首席研究员作为实验室研究队伍的首席代表，发挥学术引领作用，牵头一个任务方向，并组织跨方向、跨学科攻关，规划落实具有国际前沿影响力和国家战略支撑能力的研究计划。

The Chief Researcher serves as the chief representative of the laboratory’s research team, provides academic leadership, leads one research task direction, organizes cross-directional and interdisciplinary research, and plans and implements research programs with international frontier impact and national strategic support capacity.

三、资格条件：

1. 取得国内外知名院校博士学位，在生物学（尤其是膜生物学、细胞生物学等相关领域）具备顶尖学术水平；

2. 拥有极高国际学术声望或国内行业影响力，具备国际排名前列大学教授或国家实验室等国家级研究机构首席科学家水平；

3. 具有主持重大科研项目的能力与经验；

4. 取得具有国际重大影响力的原创性研究成果；

5. 具有领导前沿交叉研究的跨学科整合能力；

6. 具备凝聚不同背景团队、促进研发融合协作的领导力，能有效推动多团队协同攻关，解决复杂科学问题和关键科学难题

Ph.D. from a well-known domestic or international university; top academic level in biology;

Extremely high international academic reputation or domestic industry influence; equivalent to a professor at a top-ranked international university or a chief scientist at a national laboratory or other national-level research institution;

Proven ability and experience in leading major research or industrial projects;

Research achievements or engineering application outcomes with major international impact;

Demonstrated ability to lead frontier interdisciplinary research and integrate cross-disciplinary efforts;

Leadership in bringing together teams from diverse backgrounds, promoting collaborative R&D, and effectively driving multi-team collaborative efforts to solve complex scientific problems and key engineering challenges.
