一、单位简介

同济大学历史悠久、声誉卓著，是中国最早的国立大学之一，是教育部直属并与上海市共建的全国重点大学。经过118年的发展，同济大学已经成为一所特色鲜明、在海内外有较大影响力的综合性、研究型、国际化大学，综合实力位居国内高校前列。学校始于1907年德国医生埃里希•宝隆在中德两国政府和社会各界支持下创办的同济德文医学堂。1912年与创办不久的同济德文工学堂合称同济德文医工学堂。1917年由华人接办，先后改称为同济医工学校和私立同济医工专门学校。1923年定名为同济大学，1927年成为国立大学。1937年抗日战争全面爆发后，同济大学经过六次搬迁，先后辗转沪、浙、赣、桂、滇等地，1940年迁至四川宜宾的李庄古镇坚持办学。1946年回迁上海以后，发展成为以理、工、医、文、法五大学院著称的综合性大学。

二、招聘条件、岗位职责

（一）长聘教职体系

01、特聘教授

在教学、科研、服务国家战略方面取得重要代表性成果及显著成效。胜任本科核心课程讲授任务，在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成绩，具有带领本学科赶超或引领国际先进水平的能力。年龄不超过50周岁，人文社科类学科可适当放宽至54周岁，取得突出学术贡献者可适当放宽年龄要求。

02、长聘教授

活跃在教学科研第一线，取得国际同行认可的突出学术成绩，具有很高的国际知名度和影响力，在教学和人才培养方面表现优秀并取得重要成果，在学科建设中发挥重要作用，达到世界一流大学（学科）终身教授的水平。应具有博士学位，年龄原则上不超过45周岁，人文社科类学科可适当放宽至50周岁。

03、预聘副教授

具备良好的教学能力，在研究方面已取得具有原创性和重要性的研究成果，在领域内有一定的知名度和影响力，具有良好的发展潜力。应具有博士学位，年龄原则上不超过40周岁，人文社科类学科可适当放宽至45周岁。

04、预聘助理教授

具有良好的学术能力，较强的创新活力和学术发展潜力。应具有博士学位，原则上要有博士后经历或相应的科研工作经历，年龄原则上不超过35周岁。
