Program Overview:

To create a unique training system, the trainees will be coached directly by professionals from our company. 工作职责：

1. 按照部门人才招聘计划（社招&校招），制定招聘方案，完成招聘目标；

2. 独立完成人才简历甄别、意向沟通、情况跟踪、面试约见、背景调查等招聘各环节具体实施工作；

3. 充分利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘信息，满足公司的人才需求；

4. 完善部门的人才库整理，并对资源进行系统整合。

5. 完成部门内其他招聘协调工作。

任职资格：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，985、211优先；

2. 良好的形象气质，亲和力较强；
