Job Description

Position Title: Associate Biostatistician
Department: Biostatistics & Programming
Location: Wuhan, Chengdu, etc.

Position Summary

Conduct protocol review, study design verification, CRF design review, preparation of specifications for analysis dataset and TFL (table, figure and listings) and output check

Key Responsibilities

  Contribute to Study design

  Verify sample size calculations

  Review statistical sections of protocol, Review CRF and database design

  Draft SAP TLF (Table, Figure and Listing) shells

  Conduct programming for analysis and validation, check datasets, verifies algorithms, outputs

  Ensure quality control is conducted for project output

  Attend project meetings to understand project and customer needs, and provide status update.

We Are Looking for Talents With:

  Ph.D. degree in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or related field

  Solid knowledge in common statistical designs and methods

  Ability to explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians

  Knowledge or experience in SAS or JMP skill

  Effective presentation and communication skills (oral and written in Chinese and English)

  Good interpersonal skills, Collaborative teamwork spirit, and can-do attitude

  Customer service and result driven oriented

  Plan and organize own work efficiently

  Attention to details

  Ability to adapt to changing environment or business requirement
