School of Creativity and Art invites highly qualified candidates to fill visiting artists and artists in residence positions in the School of Creativity and Art (SCA). We seek candidates with exceptional creative background or demonstrated strong potentials in all cutting-edge research areas of Creativity and Art. Interests that cross disciplinary boundaries, and challenge and expand upon global thinking, are welcome.

Formally established in November in 2017, School of Creativity and Art aims to develop an institute of higher education that is at the forefront of our country. We will be fully engaged internationally to promote innovation and collaboration of the creative arts with advanced science and technology to provide a pioneering platform for research, experiment, exchange, growth and breakthroughs. To challenge the next generation of creative art professionals to inject new inspirations and momentum into China and provide humanity advances in our cultural and spiritual lives.

Period

For visiting artist, visiting period is 1 semester, with one course’ teaching load.

For artists in residence, residency period is 2 semesters, with over two courses’ teaching load.

Academic Disciplines:

Candidates in all areas of Creativity and Art shall be considered. Our recruitment focus includes, but is not limited to: fine arts and modern arts.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary is highly competitive, commensurate with experience and accomplishment. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package to employees and eligible dependents, including on-campus housing.
