经济与管理学院是中国传媒大学独立学院之一，起源于1985年创立的北京广播学院管理系，以经济学和管理学两大学科门类为基础，形成了多学科交叉融合，以传媒经济与媒体管理为特色的教学和科研团队。学院目前拥有传媒经济学博士点，产业经济学，传媒经济学、管理科学与工程、企业管理、行政管理6个硕士专业，10个本科专业。(http://sem.cuc.edu.cn/)

为了推进学院向更高层次发展，拟招聘经济、管理领域精英加盟，具体要求如下：

(1)管理科学与工程及相关专业

(2)经济学相关专业

3.基本要求：

(1)热爱高校工作

(2)在海外知名高校取得博士学位

(3)在国内取得博士学位，应有海外从事教学或研究工作经历

(4)科研成果丰硕

4.申请程序
