Assistant Professor Yumeng Yang’s research group is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with experience on the design, fabrication and testing of magnetic tunnel junctions for applications in magnetic memories and sensors. (a) 基于磁性隧道结的磁性存储器器件的设计、加工与电学测试；

(b) 新型磁阻传感器的设计、加工与测试。

1）独立从事课题研究；

2）撰写并发表研究论文；

3）协助PI组建实验室和培养研究生；

1) Graduated with PhD degree with background in physics/microelectronics/materials

2) Strong hand-on experience on micro-/nano-scale fabrication of magnetic tunnel junction

3) Strong hand-on experience on the electrical characterization of spintronic devices

4) Good communication skills. Ability to mentor graduate students

5) Fluency in written and oral English.
