研究生教育学历,硕士及以上学位
1.Master’s Degree or above. 2.Part-time student counselor or full time student counselor experience is a plus. 3.Professional presentation and report writing skills 4.Good English and Chinese language written and verbal skills. 5.Excellent analysis skill. 6.Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. 7.Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of constituencies. 8.Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. 9.Basic IT skills.

岗位职责

1.Be responsible for completing student affairs, student awards and other related work. 2.Cooperate to complete students’ career guidance and other work. 3.Assist the college youth league committee and student science and technology innovation association guidance and other work. 4.Organize and coordinate social education resources. Instruct students to carry out second-class activities, club activities, social practice activities and spiritual cultivation and other colorful educational activities. 5.Be familiar with the basic situation of each student in the class. Establish files for special students and go deep into students’ dormitories and classes. 6.Strengthen the education and guidance of students’ mental health, establish mental health files for students, and constantly improve students’ psychological quality and practical ability. 7.Others affairs arrangements given by JI leadership.
