南京传媒学院是一所专门面向传媒与传媒艺术领域培养应用型人才的本科高校。学校围绕“文、艺、工、管、经”相关学科，开设了与传媒艺术业态紧密对接的50多个应用型本科专业，被誉为“中国传媒艺术类应用型人才培养的摇篮”。因工作需要，学校面向社会公开招聘国际学院英语外教1名，现将有关事项公告如下：

一、 岗位职责Job Responsibilities

1. Ability to teach IELTS listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses, with strong professional competence and teaching skills.

2. Develop corresponding teaching plans, prepare lesson materials, and ensure teaching quality.

3. Assist students in creating personalized study plans, provide tailored feedback and guidance, and enhance teaching effectiveness.

4. Maintain a professional work ethic, be punctual and reliable, and cooperate with the school's administrative and teaching arrangements.

5. Participate in teaching research activities and collaborate with the Chinese teaching team to explore teaching methodologies and optimize course content.

6. Conduct specialized intensive training based on the latest IELTS exam trends, targeting weak areas for Chinese students (e.g., logical expression in speaking, academic writing structure).

7. Adopt interactive teaching methods to create an immersive, all-English classroom environment.

二、任职要求Recruitment for Foreigners:

1. Native English speakers from countries such as the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc., are preferred. Applicants from non-native English-speaking countries must provide proof of English proficiency (e.g., an overall IELTS score of 8.0 or above, or an equivalent level certificate).

2. At least two years of experience teaching IELTS, with the ability to handle all sections of the IELTS curriculum.

3. Familiarity with the question types and teaching methods for English proficiency tests such as IELTS, with the ability to design courses and teach both online and offline.

4. Capable of tailoring teaching methods to students with different language foundations, while also focusing on cultivating students' cross-cultural communication skills.

5. A background in TESOL is preferred, and candidates holding TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificates are preferred.

6. Candidates currently residing in China are preferred and must meet the application requirements for a foreigner's work permit in China.

Application Requirements:

1. Application Form: Complete the "Nanjing University of Media and Communication Applicant Information Registration Form" (see attachment).

2. Supporting Documents: Prepare the following materials:

·Resume/CV

·Passport

·Academic qualifications (Degree certificates and diplomas from all stages of study starting from undergraduate level, along with official authentication from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange)

·Teaching-related certificates (e.g., TEFL, TESOL)

·Foreign Expert Permit (if you have one)
