In this position, the engineer will be in charge of the design and life cycle of piezoelectric device. Suitable candidates will have experience with design and development of piezoelectric device, such as piezoelectric motor, stage, etc., and will be in charge of the product development from new product idea, through development, all the way to manufacturing. Candidates must be experienced in the production of piezoelectric material.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

设计并开发压电产品，包括概念设计、样机制作和成品设计及小批量试生产

 

 

 

 

 

 

创作和维护：三维实体模型，有限元分析，生产流程图，装配图以及相关材料清单

 

 

负责搭建测试系统，测试新概念样品或产品相关的参数或客户要求的性能指标

 

 

1. Design and develop piezoelectric devices. From concept design, prototyping, final product design, all the way through pilot manufacturing.
2. Create mechanical designs of advanced rotary and linear mechatronic motion systems that include: actuators, sensors, precision mechanisms, drive and control electronics, and associated manufacturing procedures, tools and fixtures.

3. Create mechatronic solutions in close collaboration with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and quality engineers.

4. Produce and maintain: 3D solid modeling, finite element analysis, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of material.
5. Setup measurement system and test the parameters related to the new prototype and products or the properties demanded by the customer.
6. Developing test procedures, assist in writing user manuals, and training manufacturing and service personnel for transition of products from research and development to manufacturing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求

 

 

机械学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位

 

 

具有压电马达设计或者其他相关压电器件设计经验

 

 

熟悉使用相关设计软件，例如SolidWorks, COMSOL

 

 

具备相关设备的实际操作经验（制造、分析和测试压电陶瓷的设备）

 

 

对光电市场行业和相关运动控制产品感兴趣

 

 

基本英语交流、读写能力

 

 

1. A master or doctor degree in mechanics or equivalent
2. Experiences on piezoelectric motor design or other relative piezoelectric device design
3. Familiar with design software, such as SolidWorks, COMSOL, etc.
4. Practical experience working with the equipment for manufacturing, analyzing and testing the piezo ceramics.
5. Appreciation of the photonics market sector and associated motion control products.
6. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.
7. Strong ability of communication and execution
